Dedicated to personal development Kantar Worldpanel created a new framework to help employees measure their performance and track progress of their skills development.

The complex structure of the framework required an easy-to-understand solution to communicate the benefits of the new guidelines and engage staff effectively.

We designed an infographic style guideline document illustrating the different choices and outcomes of development modules as a simple path. The guidelines were delivered in a folder format allowing staff to add and remove modules to fit their own unique career path.
