Greencore, a leading producer of convenience foods, approached us to create a business overview for their incoming CEO and the Board. A so-called ‘State of the Nation’ summarising all aspects of the business and the current market.
We worked with Greencore to structure and convey shopper insights, customer stories as well as current and future trends to demonstrate how Greencore was uniquely positioned to meet the market challenges. This proposition was supported by illustrations and animations which brought the key insights to life is a visually engaging and accessible way.
Whilst the original State of the Nation presentation was intended for internal audiences only, it proved such a success in terms of market insights that Greencore began to share it with clients also.
