Segmentation

Following on from a bigger business overview presentation, Greencore asked us to visualise their latest consumer segmentation.

The segmentation centred around 8 distinct shopper personas which varied widely in their food purchasing habits. In order to make each segment memorable and relatable, we created unique character illustrations and used supporting photographic imagery to add colour and realism. Next we created infographics and layouts based on key findings to really make the insights stick.

The resulting presentation was used by internal teams to target individual shopper personas and also to compare and contrast preferences and shopping habits between segments.
