The #ShowYourStripes website allows users to choose a region and country or take a global overview of how temperatures have changed oved the past 100 years or so.
By taking the annual average temperature from 1850-2018 from the UK Met Office and allocating a colour scale from deep blue to deep red, it's easy to see the general tendancy towards a warmer temperature shift.
